The beachfront destination will be housed in 310-ft-tall towers, interconnected by lower and upper bridges. The property will include a 217-room, 77-storey hotel, as well as fully-serviced apartments and luxury residences.

Facilities will include a rooftop infinity pool offering unrivalled 360-degree-views of Dubai’s skyline.

The signature spa’s thermal facilities will include segregated gender saunas, a Rasul chamber, experience showers, steamrooms, ice fountains with heated benches and scrub rooms with a Vichy showers.

The entire destination is scheduled for completion in Q4 of 2020, and at the time of writing, Address reports the project is just over 47 per cent complete.
