Emaar Hospitality to unveil Dubai hotel with rooftop infinity pool

Architecture firm, Killa Design, is collaborating with interior design consultant, KCA, to deliver upcoming twin-tower development, The Address Residences Jumeirah Resort and Spa and The Residences Jumeirah Dubai, in Dubai.
The beachfront destination will be housed in 310-ft-tall towers, interconnected by lower and upper bridges. The property will include a 217-room, 77-storey hotel, as well as fully-serviced apartments and luxury residences.
Facilities will include a rooftop infinity pool offering unrivalled 360-degree-views of Dubai’s skyline.
Spa consultant, The Wellness, is creating a new spa and gym facility for the upcoming project on the 75th floor, as well as another additional standalone fitness centre.
The signature spa’s thermal facilities will include segregated gender saunas, a Rasul chamber, experience showers, steamrooms, ice fountains with heated benches and scrub rooms with a Vichy showers.
The entire destination is scheduled for completion in Q4 of 2020, and at the time of writing, Address reports the project is just over 47 per cent complete.
Emaar Hospitality Group owns the development and has opened a collection of hotels in Dubai under the Address Hotels + Resorts brand, including Address Sky View and Address Fountain Views.
