GOCO Hospitality creates spa in the sky in Dubai
– Ingo Schweder
GOCO Hospitality has conceptualised and designed a spa on the sky bridge of Dubai’s recently opened luxury hotel Address Sky View.
Emaar Hospitality Group owns the property and has opened a collection of hotels in Dubai under the name Address Hotels + Resorts, including Address Sky View and Address Fountain Views, where GOCO Hospitality was also responsible for the spa concept and operation design.
The 169-room-hotel is spread over 13 levels within two towers, which are joined by a dramatic three-level sky bridge.
The 1,400sq m (15,000sq ft) Address Sky View spa was created by GOCO Hospitality’s design team and features eight treatment rooms and one spa suite with views of Dubai’s skyline.
The spa is located on the 54th floor, giving it 360-degree views of Dubai’s skyline.
Guests can experience a bio-sauna, herbal and salt steamrooms, an ice fountain and experience showers.
The spa also features an open-air rooftop infinity pool that dominates the skybridge, offering cabanas with day and night rentals, as well as a fitness centre, two further pools and a barber and beauty salon.
"It was an honour to work alongside Emaar Hospitality Group on the Address Sky View hotel," said Ingo Schweder, founder and CEO of GOCO Hospitality. "Our team created treatments and experiences that naturally flow from daytime recharge to evening chill."
