John and Karina Stewart introduce Kamalaya’s new digital platform, Kamalaya Connect

by Megan Whitby | 14 Mar 2023

Holistic wellness destination Kamalaya Koh Samui in Thailand has added Kamalaya Connect to its line-up of wellness offerings.

The new launch is a digital platform offering an ongoing roster of virtual wellness programmes, bespoke workshops and live masterclasses – all categorised as solutions for either the body, mind or heart.

Kamalaya Connect provides attendees with access to the destination's mentors, therapists, naturopaths, nutritionists and fitness instructors from the comfort of their own homes.

“We’re proud to share our online platform which allows guests to experience the very best of Kamalaya from anywhere in the world,” said John and Karina Stewart, Kamalaya co-founders.

“With Kamalaya Connect, users gain access to custom-made wellness programmes and receive personalised support from our expert practitioners with one-on-one consultations. They can also discover engaging podcasts and helpful tips and insights about health, food and wellness.

“Simply put, Kamalaya Connect is the authentic Kamalaya experience in the comfort of your own home.”

Virtual journeys

With Kamalaya Connect, individuals can choose to embark on one of six full virtual wellness programmes, with themes ranging from emotional transformation, restorative sleep and immune support to fitness, weight management and the fundamentals of nutrition.

Depending on an individual’s health needs and preferences, the wellness programmes can include anywhere between five to 40 completely bespoke sessions.

The programmes' pricings range between £57 (US$69, €64) to £720 (US$876, €818).

Customers’ consultations remain valid for a period of up to 90 days from the time of purchase to allow them to spread them out or schedule them at their convenience.

Alternatively, private one-off virtual consultations can be booked on an ad hoc basis, including naturopathic consultations, nutritional guidance, meditation, breathwork, personal coaching and stress management sessions, yoga, Pilates and fitness training.

Private consultations via Kamalaya Connect start from £60 (US$73, €68).

Regular workshopsKamalaya Connect will also broadcast a live 60-minute workshop at 9:30am (GMT) on the last Saturday of every month, each covering a different topic of wellbeing.

The upcoming workshops include:

• 25 March: Embracing Female Power | Practicing how to embrace femininity and cultivate strength and power in both personal and professional settings.• 29 April: Introduction to Detoxification | Teaching guests the basic detox health benefits and practices, and how to apply them at home.

• 27 May: Pranayama for Overall Wellbeing | Delving into the art of breathing with Pranayama to help combat stress and anxiety. • 24 June: Everyday Yoga Asanas for Health | Exploring different Asanas, or postures, in yoga and how different movements can benefit everyday health.

• 29 July: How to Develop Healthy Habits | Rather than focusing on breaking unhealthy habits, this session will focus on the positive aspects of developing good habits and how to improve productivity.

Live workshop attendance costs £24 (US$29, €27) per person.
