Clivedale's luxury townhouses come with Dorchester Collection services

We’ve endeavoured to create a high-end interior with a sense of ease, relaxation, warmth and comfort with a little bit of sizzle and dazzle; a little bit of sparkle.
– Sanjit Manku

Residents at Clivedale London's Mayfair Park Residences will not only enjoy rarified design by PLP Architecture and interiors by Jouin Manku, but also the full services of the Dorchester Collection's 45 Park Lane hotel.

Located in the prestigious Mayfair area of London, the development is Clivedale's second residential scheme after The Mansion in Marylebone.

There will be 24 residences in total, including apartments, townhouses and a penthouse, all housed within the Georgian architecture and Grade II listed façades refurbished by PLP.

The first completed residence – aptly called ‘Townhouse One’ – is a 3,334sq ft (310sq m), three-bedroom duplex and offers the first look at what the interiors of the eight-storey development will be like.

Refined and ornate decor includes marble and wooden elements, while outside there is a 1,280sq ft (120sq m) garden running the length of the residence.

Sanjit Manku, Founding Partner at Jouin Manku, said: "We’ve endeavoured to create a high-end interior with a sense of ease, relaxation, warmth and comfort with a little bit of sizzle and dazzle; a little bit of sparkle.

"A focal point of the new home is the blending of both natural and warm light throughout with coffered backlit ceilings illuminating the space and a six-metre-high bespoke light installation which extends down to the lower ground floor, melding the two levels together."

The residences will boast a 10,000sq ft (930sq m) health club with a gym, a pool, a sauna and steam rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, two private treatment rooms and a residents' lounge.

Residents will also have access to 45 Park Lane's housekeeping service, 24/7 concierge services, 24-hour in-residence dining, sommelier expertise, Rolls-Royce town car and chauffeur service and secure valet underground car parking.
