Augustinus Bader’s first bricks-and-mortar clinic lands in London, partnered with Lanserhof

– Nils Behrens
Austrian wellness operator Lanserhof has collaborated with science-led beauty brand Augustinus Bader to open its flagship clinic The Skin Lab by Augustinus Bader.
The new launch is a joint venture between the two companies and has debuted as part of Lanserhof at The Arts Club – a six-storey luxury private health and wellness club in London’s upmarket borough of Mayfair.
The skincare brand was founded by stem-cell biomedical scientist, Professor Augustinus Bader. Originally from Germany, Bader is known for his skincare range which uses patented stem-cell TFC8 technology and took 30 years to develop.
The skincare products were primarily designed for regenerative-medical use and were applied to skin burns endured by firefighters to promote skin renewal.
Since its inception in 2018, the range has grown to encompass a range of skincare, haircare and body care products, as well as supplements.
The Skin Lab will provide a range of treatments for the face and the body (see below for the full menu). It will also offer The Method by Augustinus Bader, a bespoke professional treatment designed to amplify the power of the range’s TFC8 technology.
“Through our inaugural The Skin Lab by Augustinus Bader x Lanserhof partnership, we’ve created something new that will help people not only live well for longer but also look better for longer,” commented Nils Behrens, CMO at Lanserhof.
“For more than 30 years, Lanserhof has combined cutting-edge technology with a bespoke approach to medicine. It’s a perfect match with Augustinus Bader's philosophy of revolutionary science and biological wisdom.”
Professor Bader and Charles Rosier, brand co-founders, added: “Augustinus Bader was founded on principles of scientific research and groundbreaking technology that utilises the body’s natural healing processes.
“To partner with Lanserhof – which shares our vision of innovative healing – feels like a natural extension of the brand.”
Augustinus Bader is already a spa partner at Lanserhof's four other locations in Europe. The beauty brand is also partnered with other spa and wellness destinations owned by established brands such as Canyon Ranch, Bulgari, Four Seasons, Atlantis, The Maybourne Grup and more.
