Aman launches benchmark spa houses and wellness immersions in Vietnam
Complementing the recent launch of Aman Wellness, which saw the introduction of Group Wellness Retreats and Individual Immersions across the collection in 2016, Amanoi in Vietnam has unveiled two Spa Houses, the first of their kind for Aman.
Situated in Núi Chúa National Park overlooking Vinh Hy Bay, at Amanoi peace, intimacy and tranquility take centre stage. Neighbouring the 11,000sq m (118403.01ft) spa, the Spa Houses offer utmost privacy, with one featuring unobscured views of the lake and the other a vista of the national park.
Setting a benchmark for the brand, the concept provides guests with an entirely new spa experience, indulging them with two specialist spa therapists and comprehensive private spa facilities in their own pavilion.
The Spa Houses blend seamlessly into the surroundings, with each encompassing a spacious double treatment room, Jacuzzi, and steam room complemented by an ice fountain and cold plunge pool. An outdoor infinity pool perches on a relaxation deck, while a hammam and banya complete the thermal facilities.
For a fully immersive experience there is also the option of residing overnight in the Spa Houses’ bedroom and living areas, which can accommodate between two and four guests.
An extensive spa menu including specialised massage techniques and treatments such as Watsu, Reiki, craniosacral therapy, acupressure, reflexology and Chi Nei Tsang can be fully tailored. Bodywork and Energywork therapies will also be available at both houses.
To coincide with the launch of the Spa Houses, Amanoi has also introduced three Individual Wellness Immersions which can be experienced in situ and are available all year round.
The Eastern Approaches to Weight Management immersion will aim to remove dietary, health and lifestyle barriers for those trying to accomplish weight loss, while the Movement, Mindfulness & Stress Control immersion combines practices and therapies that reduce external stimuli to bring about a renewed internal focus for those with high stress lifestyles.
The Longevity, Rejuvenation & Detoxification immersion aims to reduce toxic accumulations and the physiological hurdles caused by exposure to a modern environment.
