Architizer celebrates outstanding global wellness architecture with A+Awards
Global online architecture platform Architizer has highlighted some of the world’s most innovative spa and wellness architecture concepts as part of its 12th Annual Architizer A+Awards.
Split into 126 categories, the awards celebrate the work of more than 200 firms from 80+ countries who are rethinking, reinventing and reimagining architecture's contribution to society as a whole.
The winners are decided by a jury of more than 250 judges comprising leading architecture and design voices, as well as luminaries from the fields of art, technology, fashion, media, business and real estate.
The awards’ 2024 Spa and Wellness subsection looks to highlight the best overall architecture dedicated to psychological and physical wellbeing.
Entries ranged from spas, wellness retreats, bath houses, hotel-based amenities, swimming and soaking pools to hair and nail salons, beauty clinics, massage parlours, meditation spaces and other health and wellness facilities.
