Property developer branches out to open boutique gym
Hotel and residential property developer Signature Living has opened a boutique gym in Liverpool's business district.
Signature Fit Club in Old Hall Street offers personal training, small group sessions, as well as classes including Burn, Box, and Blast among others.
The gym is equipped with squat racks, a boxing ring, punch bags, rowing machines, dumbbells, slam balls, battle ropes, cross trainers and bikes.
Co-founder Bern Giam, who has more than 40 years of experience in fitness and martial arts, said: “Signature Fit Club is about providing an exceptional experience for those who want to achieve their new health and fitness goals.
“With a full team of highly qualified coaches behind me, and a dynamic variety of classes and different ways to workout, the vibe that we’ve created at Signature Fit Club is like no other. Those coming into this special environment will be guided every step of the way to ensure they reach their goals; from structured training programmes to personalised nutrition plans and regular progress check-ins, it will be our mission to have guests looking and feeling their best.”
Signature Living has properties in Liverpool, Cardiff and Preston.
