House of Elemis Miami set for October opening

by Jane Kitchen | 19 Jul 2016

Elemis is to debut its flagship House of Elemis location this October in a 9,000sq ft (836sq m), six-treatment-room location in Miami.

“Miami is not only a leading US city location, but also where Steiner and our cruise ship business is so strong, so it’s a natural home for the House of Elemis launch,” said Elemis co-founder and president Sean Harrington, who relocated to Miami last year as part of a new business plan for growth in the US. “It is here Elemis will set the standards of what the client should expect in terms of excellence in treatments, facials and delivery of service.”

This will be the second House of Elemis location for the brand, which unveiled the concept last year in London, calling it a “new era” for the company.

Harrington said that House of Elemis allows the company to directly invest its money back into the consumer experience and brand development, showcasing everything the company has to offer – from a leading retail concept to speed spa, hi-tech Biotec facials and contemporary design – under one roof. It will also include a flagship training academy.

“We are hugely focused on our US business, and in light of the recent Brexit of EU, this cements an even more important time for us to continue focusing our investment in the US to strengthen the brand,” said Harrington.

Harrington also said he is heading to Los Angeles to further discussions about a second US House of Elemis opening.
