UK Spa Association to hold networking event at Stoke Park
The UK Spa Association will hold a networking event at Stoke Park in Buckinghamshire, England, on 26 August, from 3.30-6.30pm.
Limited to 150 people, the event is designed as a way for regional spa industry colleagues to meet and network with suppliers and operators.
UK Spa Association (UKSA) chair Charlie Thompson will share his insights into the performance of the spa sector in the UK, and will discuss National Spa Week.
“With support for UKSA higher than ever and membership quadrupling in the last 12 months, there is a heightened interest from some of the industry's key operators and suppliers who wish to unite with us and help raise the profile of all-things 'spa,'” said Lisa Barden, general manager of UKSA.
The event will include light refreshments, a presentation by Anna Williams of Stoke Park and tours of the spa.
Stoke Park is a private sporting and leisure estate with a mansion building, located in the middle of 300 acres of parkland, lakes, gardens and monuments. It has served as the filming location for several major films, including James Bond’s Goldfinger and Tomorrow Never Dies, as well as Bridget Jones’s Diary.
“This is a great opportunity for like-minded spa passionistas to come together and share their thoughts and help shape the future of our industry,” said Barden.
The event is free to UK Spa Association members, and £25 for non-members. Tickets can be booked at
