Canyon Ranch adding wellness residences in Lenox
Destination spa Canyon Ranch will build a collection of wellness condominiums at its upcoming location in Lenox, Massachusetts.
Canyon Ranch Residences at Bellefontaine will be located on the grounds of the historic Bellefontaine Mansion, and will include 19 luxury condos ranging in price from US$1.35 to US$3.5m, all of which will have access to Canyon Ranch’s programming and facilities.
The company also has residences at its Tucson, Arizona location, as well as its Kaplankaya, Turkey site.
“For so many guests who stay at our resorts, wellbeing becomes a lifelong mission and journey,” said Susan E. Docherty, CEO of Canyon Ranch. “Canyon Ranch is a lifestyle, and with the Residences at Bellefontaine, residents have the opportunity to make a permanent connection with our incredible services.”
Designed by architect Robert E. Harrison, with interior design by William Caligari Jr., the eco-friendly residences will have open floor plans and high, architecturally detailed ceilings.
Canyon Ranch residents will have access to gourmet, health-minded meals as well as experts in medicine, nutrition and exercise, as well as signature services such as Spiritual Wellness, a Guided Labyrinth Experience, sports performance and complementary medicine and sleep studies.
