Well & Being spa with evidence-based healthy living concept opens at Las Vegas’s Red Rock Resort
Luxury resort and casino Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas has unveiled a newly renovated spa and wellness facility.
Managed by Trilogy Spa Holdings, a boutique spa operator, The Spa at Red Rock by Well & Being features customised wellness experiences, including an updated menu of cutting-edge fitness classes, nutrition, integrative medicine, mind-body therapies and advanced skincare.
This is the third Well & Being spa for Trilogy – with spas also located at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas.
Through a multi-million dollar upgrade, the 25,000sq ft (2,323sq m) Spa at Red Rock by Well & Being includes a new interior layout created by Sharilyn Olson Rigdon of designstudioltd. Influenced by mid-century California and casual Italian design elements, the design includes a combination of textured marble and limestone with artisanal finishes such as oiled white oak and dark bronze fittings.
The spa aims to create a feeling of community surrounding health and wellness, and features a coed relaxation lounge and outdoor “shower garden” sanctuary and pool deck equipped with high-end sound and lighting for outdoor classes and events.
Evoking a residential feel, the spa and fitness centre offer a warm palette of gold and copper accents with leather benches and ottomans; the upholstered pieces draw inspiration from the look of gym equipment, and feature boxing glove lace details.
The spa renovation will also incorporate a custom-designed demonstration kitchen for personalised nutrition and health consultations. A boutique sells healthy supplements, skincare products, clothing and athletic wear, while the salon has also been renovated, and now reflects an outdoor garden concept.
“Well & Being at Red Rock Resort will serve as a wellness oasis in the Vegas area, where hotel guests and members of the local community can find the tools they need to ‘Live it Well’ with the help of our knowledgeable staff and dynamic services,” said David Stoup, chair of Trilogy Spa Holdings. “Through innovative fitness and nutrition programmes and customised spa treatments, Well & Being caters to guests’ increased desire for more integrated, wellness-focused travel experiences.”
