Live like Bond: Aston Martin reveals 'Sky Amenities' floors with emphasis on well-being

by Andrew Manns | 01 Feb 2019

Set to go vertical in July, the highly anticipated Aston Martin Residences in Miami – developed by the same company that created James Bond's iconic getaway cars – will provide homeowners with four floors of health and wellness-centred amenities.

Designed by studios Revuelta Architecture International and Bodas Miani Anger Architects, the 66-storey residential complex, which is taking shape at 300 Biscayne Way, will offer 391 condominium apartments.

The Sky Amenities section, which will be spread over the 52nd and 55th floors, will include a two-level fitness centre, two cinemas, a spinning studio, golf simulator, boxing gym, and an infinity pool.

The area will also have a full-service spa, including a steam room, sauna, beauty salon, barbershop, meditation room, and treatment suites.

German Coto, CEO of G and G Business Developments – the company that is spearheading the project – told CLAD: "We've given a lot of thought to how people will live at the Aston Martin Residences and the design will support the holistic health and wellness of the owners.

"With 42,275 sq ft ( 3,927 sq m) of sky amenities over four floors, the wide array of fitness, leisure, and spa facilities will help meet their health and lifestyle needs."

He added: "We’ve also launched a butler service exclusively for residents, which will enhance the living experience by offering uncompromising 24/7 personal support. We also have a private beach just minutes away."

Building teams are scheduled to begin pouring foundations on the project site in April.

Construction on the residences is expected to conclude in 2022.
