Buddha-bar's new spa brand launches

The first of two day spas to open under a new brand called Buddhattitude has launched in Doha, Qatar.
The 21,527sq ft (2,000sq m) Buddhattitude spa in Doha is located in the mixed-use Beverly Hills Towers building.
Next to open will be a spa in Dakar, the capital of Senegal, in May 2009. The 16,145sq ft (1,500sq m) Buddhattitude will be situated in a new-build shopping mall on the city’s corniche and will be the first to offer a buddha-café.
The brand has been masterminded by the George V Restuaration group – behind the international buddha-bar chain – and has also recently revealed plans to enter Latin America with the buddha-bar Hotel and Spa in Panama.
Opening in 2010, the property will be located in the heart of Panama City and feature an iconic restaurant and a buddha-bar spa.
Spa treatments will follow eastern principles and use the range of in-house Buddhattitude products. Details: buddha-bar.com
