Marriott International and Granite Broadway Development have signed a franchise deal for a new 68-storey property in New York, US, which will be the city's tallest hotel building. Two different hotels will be housed in the building - a 378-bedroom Courtyard by Marriott hotel and a 261-bedroom Residence Inn hotel - at 1717 Broadway.
