Malhotra Group planning £43m revamp of Newcastle venues

Leisure, property and care company The Malhotra Group is investing £43m in a revamp of its Newcastle leisure venues. Two restaurants in the group’s portfolio will first undergo a £500,000 refurbishment, with the interior refurbishment designed by brand specialists Dakota International. Sayyid Fatik bin Fahr al Said companies (FBF) and the Arab Malaysia Development Company (AMDC) have signed an agreement to develop Oman’s largest ever indoor theme park at a cost of OMR40m (£64.2m, US$104m, €76m).
