Disney will build its seventh theme park in Abu Dhabi

Disney has announced it will build its first theme park in the Middle East, with Abu Dhabi's Yas Island the location. It will be the seventh Disney development globally. The development will see the theme park giant partnering with entertainment company Miral, the organisation behind the development of Yas Island as a tourist destination. Clymb Abu Dhabi, a climbing and sky diving attraction on Abu Dhabi's Yas Island, is to open on 29 November 2019, according to owner Miral. The building was designed by Cansult Maunsell, an operating company based in Dubai and part of global consulting firm Aecom.
