The Haritha Villas + Spa resort in Sri Lanka has opened a new spa set into lush vegetation on a hilltop site with views across the surrounding jungle. David Rockwell’s design studio have revealed the first renderings of the “playfully sophisticated” Los Angeles hotel they are creating for boutique operator Dream Hotels. Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will open a new 116-villa resort on Hainan Island, China in 2018. Swissotel has opened a new resort on a private beach in Turgutreis, just outside Bodrum, Turkey. Designed by Gokhan Avcioglu of Turkish design studio GAD International, The Swissotel Bodrum Beach includes 66 bedrooms and suites along with 72 private serviced residences.
