Global management consultancy McKinsey grows its design expertise with acquisition of Lunar

US design firm Lunar is aiming to launch its design expertise into new spheres following its acquisition by global management consultancy McKinsey & Company. The California-based firm, which offers full-service product development and has created designs for Apple, Cisco Systems, Nike, Tera, and BodyMedia to name a few, says the move to join giant consultancy McKinsey will ‘turbocharge’ its mission.
