DP Architects and Ilya team up for Zen-inspired residences in Singapore

DP Architects and interior design specialists Ilya Corporation have joined up to create the Woodleigh Residences – a sprawling, Zen-inspired living community in Singapore. Century-old railyard to be reborn as leisure eco-park in Florida

A long-abandoned railyard in Lakeland, Florida will soon be granted a second life as forested recreational zone and cultural 'oasis'. Set to be designed by landscape architects Sasaki, the soon-to-be regenerated property, dubbed Bonnet Springs Park (BSP), will see the presently arsenic-contaminated and non-pedestrian site transform into a 180-acre environmentally friendly public attraction. MAD Architects transforming Milan's abandoned railyards into nature-inspired leisure districts

MAD Architects have unveiled an ambitious plan to reinvigorate seven of Milan’s abandoned and dilapidated railyards into a series of interlinked green parks and new leisure communities. Extensive landscaping runs throughout the project, while new residential, commercial and public developments will be “grafted into the landscape” in the form of MAD’s trademark organic nature-like structures. The railyards will be collated into three main villages formed around a repurposed freight warehouse.
