University of Derby, UK, to host The Buxton Spa and Wellness Conference 2014
The University of Derby, Buxton, UK, is hosting The Buxton Spa and Wellness Conference 2014 on 30 October.
The networking and educational event will be hosted in The Devonshire Dome, home to the university’s international spa management programmes for FdSC, Bsc (Hons) and MA level degrees.
The conference is designed to be a meeting of minds, providing the spa industry’s professionals and academics with a chance to engage and contribute to discussions and and hear about the latest global research.
The day will feature international keynote speakers such as Amber Beard of Six Senses Hotels Resorts & Spas, Jeremy Smith from Blue Spa & Leisure and Natural Spa Factory.
Workshops will be led by Nicola Stott of Creative Spa Solutions, Leon Trayling from skincare company Ishga and Jennifer Hirst from Steiner Leisure.
There will also be a selection of interactive workshops, a round-table discussion and a drinks reception. Delegates have the option to attend a gala dinner at the end of the day.
