The Good Spa Guide will announce its fifth annual awards at Spa Life UK 2014
The Good Spa Guide will present its fifth annual awards on the first evening of the two-day Spa Life UK Conference between 18-19 November at Center Parcs Woburn Forest.
Launched in 2010, The Good Spa Guide Awards recognise the best spas across the UK. This year there will be 16 crystal awards presented on the evening including a number of readers’ choice regional awards. National awards have been chosen by the expert Spa Spies at The Good Spa Guide. Nominations will be announced beforehand on 1 October.
“Spa Life UK has become a must-attend event for anyone in the spa industry and we’re proud to be associated with it,” said The Good Spa Guide founder Daphne Metland in a statement. “We are also pleased that for the first time in five years we will be able to personally present our awards and showcase the best spas in the UK.”
Previous winners of the awards include Agua at The Sanderson, The Spa at Pennyhill Park Hotel, The Old Course Hotel and Coworth Park.
“The Good Spa Guide Awards make a fantastic addition to our Spa Life programme and fit perfectly with our ethos for sharing best practice,” said Spa Life UK director Andrew Hammond. “As this is also Spa Life UK’s fifth anniversary, we are looking forward to celebrating together.”
The conference will include a CEO Summit, the Spa Life Forum – for buyers and suppliers, the UK Spa & Wellness Conference, the supplier showcase and expo plus a champagne reception networking gala dinner.
Attendees will have the opportunity to tour and use the new Aqua Sana Spa at Center Parcs Woburn.
