Life Time Fitness is to open its Arizona site - its 30th USA opening on 4 April.

The 184,000sq ft facility offers 24-hour access to equipment that includes more than 400 pieces of cardio, resistance and free-weight training machines, two aerobics studios, dry saunas, steam rooms, three rock climbing walls, two full-size basketball courts, free group fitness classes and tanning facilities.

The new centre also offers an indoor/outdoor aquatics centre, featuring two-storey waterslides, zero-depth recreation pools, a lap pool and children's pools. Complementing the outdoor pools are five tennis courts, a bistro and family locker room area.
