Arianna Huffington to Keynote 2017 Mindbody Conference
Media personality and founder of CEO of Thrive Global, Arianna Huffington, will headline this year’s BOLD annual conference for fitness, beauty and health practitioners.
Huffington will open the conference, to be held 27-29 September 2017 in San Diego, US, with a keynote speech, sharing lessons learned about the connection between wellbeing and productivity. Huffington, the founder of Huffington Post, launched Thrive Global – a platform offering corporations and individuals “science-based solutions” to tackle stress and burnout, while enhancing wellbeing and productivity – in December 2016.
Organised by wellness software giant Mindbody, the BOLD conference brings together business owners, practitioners and experts from across the wellness services industry, from fitness to beauty to integrative health.
The event will offer opportunities to “learn, network and gain a greater understanding of best practices that can help their businesses thrive”. Educational sessions will cover topics such as marketing, social media and customer retention, as well as a variety of networking opportunities and unique wellness experiences.
Rick Stollmeyer, co-founder and CEO of Mindbody, said: "We are thrilled to host Arianna at this year's BOLD conference. Her message of prioritising your own wellbeing perfectly aligns with the more than 1,500 wellness entrepreneurs we will be hosting at BOLD, who have devoted themselves to help others live happier, healthier lives.
"Her professional insight into how taking care of ourselves can enhance creativity and productivity is sure to inspire our attendees and our team."
