The processThe competition kicked off this July, with industry members able to nominate themselves or others by submitting videos of them practising their chosen skill.
These were judged by a panel of 20 expert judges from the sector, including figures such as Nic Ronco, Daniella Russell, Lisa Starr, Michelle Hammond and Amy McDonald.
Successful applicants progressed to an interview stage with judges and, if successful, were then shortlisted into the final nominations category.
