GWI Women in Wellness initiative dedicates new survey to women in leadership
The Global Wellness Institute’s (GWI) Women in Leadership Initiative, is spearheading a survey of women in wellness leadership roles and is seeking feedback from female leaders.
According to the group, it defines a female wellness leader as a woman who works in some capacity in the wellness space, has a vision and shares it with others.
With this in mind, the group wants to hear from anyone who identifies as a female wellness leader, via its anonymous 15-minute survey.
The survey features questions about:
- Compensation
- Leadership qualities
- Burnout
- The impact of COVID-19
- Work-life balance
- Sexual harassment
- Mentorship
- Entrepreneurship
- Stress-relief strategies
The results will be used to help create resources, programming and more that address the needs of women in wellness leadership roles and help them evolve in their leadership positions and aspirations.
The GWI will close the survey on 31 May 2021.
