Everyone Active teams up with MoreYoga for 'boutique in a big box' concept
– Shamir Sidhu
Everyone Active has signed a deal with London-based MoreYoga which will see the boutique yoga brand operating out of a number of Everyone Active-operated leisure centres.
The first site to trial the 'boutique within a big box' concept will be Marshall Street Leisure Centre in central London, which Everyone Active operates in partnership with Westminster City Council.
MoreYoga, which currently operates 16 standalone facilities throughout London, will deliver yoga and hot yoga classes which will be accessible to both Everyone Active and MoreYoga members.
Following the initial launch at Marshall Street on 29 October, the two partners plan to roll out to a further 10 sites in 2019.
“This is an extremely exciting partnership, allowing us to add a high-quality, boutique yoga offering to our member experience,” said Duncan Jefford, south east regional director for Everyone Active.
“MoreYoga is built on similar values to our own and it has created a highly successful and recognised brand in London which we are confident our members will love.
"We hope the partnership will bring significant benefits to both our organisations as we roll out MoreYoga to additional sites in the coming months.”
Shamir Sidhu, managing director of MoreYoga, added: “Our ambition is to bring quality, affordable yoga to everyone and our partnership with Everyone Active will help us expedite that journey.
"At MoreYoga we pride ourselves on the variety of our timetable and the quality of our instructors.
"We're excited about setting a higher standard of yoga tuition, and enhancing the traditional leisure centre experience, as we create our beautiful studios within Marshall Street and further Everyone Active centres.”
