Dohmen joins BRC Europe
California-based theme park designer, BRC Imagination Arts, has announced that Bart Dohmen, will join the company to lead its European project developments.
BRC designs and produces content-based attractions, exhibits and shows for museums and theme parks around the world.
Dohmen initially started his career in the themed entertainment industry as a technical engineer for LaserPromotions, before moving to Rexroth Hydraudyne (RH).
At RH, Dohmen was part of the entertainment division that helped to create the London Eye and the Catastrophe Canyon at Disneyland Paris.
Dohmen joins BRC’s European office, located in Amsterdam, which is in the midst of an expansion programme.
Scott Ault, Managing director, BRC Europe, said: “We have seen an increase in inquiries from European clients. Responding to this demand, we needed an industry veteran of Mr Dohmen’s calibre to carry us to the next level of market development.”
This will help strengthen our relationship and involvement with many of the European industry organizations, such as TiLE and IAAPA Europe.”
