Carden Park unveils first look at upcoming spa garden
– Hamish Ferguson, general manager at Carden Park
The Spa at Carden Park, an upcoming luxury resort in Cheshire, UK, has revealed the first look at its new spa garden.
Created by architecture firm HB Architects and Barr & Wray Interior Design, the multi-sensory wellbeing garden is designed to extend the indoor spa experience outside and will feature a number of outdoor experiences and facilities such as a hydrotherapy pool, sun terrace and lawns with designer sun loungers.
Specially designed flower beds, featuring plants selected to provide privacy as well as for their sensory benefits, surround private areas with hidden hydrotherapy pools, warming cabins and social spaces, including a bar.
Hamish Ferguson, Carden Park general manager, said: "We are thrilled to be releasing the first image of The Spa at Carden's spa garden which really will be an incredible experience for our guests. Not only will it elevate guest wellbeing by immersing them in nature but it will also enable them to enjoy the garden year round. By winter proofing our spa we will help them to feel good from the outside in, whatever the weather."
Expected to open later this year, the highly-anticipated spa, which is being created by consultant Nicki Kurran alongside HB Architects, Barr & Wray Interior Design and Pave Always Building Contractors, will feature a wide variety of experiences including a vitality pool, ice fountain, snow shower, foot baths, heated loungers and thermal cabins.
