Bali’s Alila Villas Soori unveils new wellness initiatives
Alila Villas Soori on the southwest coast of Bali has launched a new wellness retreat programme featuring three signature wellness programmes that will run from 17-23 September this year.
The retreat aims to take an holistic approach while helping participants to “achieve and sustain emotional well-being and optimum health.”
Guests can avail of the Rejuvenate, Reborn or Reshape programme depending on the desired result.
Rejuvenate programme focuses on the body’s natural detoxification processes to reduce toxins and optimise its ability to absorb nutrients.
The programme includes: private healing, cleansing and balancing sessions; therapeutic spa treatments targeted at improving organ function; yoga, breathing and meditation sessions; quick cleanse meal plan (3 times per day);master cleanse ritual; fitness activities and journeys; daily supplements; and accommodation in Mountain Pool Villa.
Additional spa treatments may be added to your wellness programme as the itinerary can be customised to guests schedules.
The second programme Reborn provides guidance on how to reduce stress, encourage mental clarity and achieve balanced emotional well-being. Guests will learn relaxation techniques to clear the mind, manage the daily grind and enhance your vitality.
Finally, the Reshape programme looks to work on full immersion into proper diet and exercise regimes to achieve set goals and objectives for optimal health.
