Blackstone invests in Little Houses Group to drive growth

Family members’ club, Little Houses Group, takes on fresh investment
Blackstone has invested, while the partnership with Imbiba has been concluded
The funds will be used to fuel expansion, with three more sites on the cards
Founder, Charlie Gardiner, will continue to lead the company

London-based family members’ club, Little Houses Group (LHG), is set to expand following new investment from Blackstone.

The fresh backing will enable LHG to bring its community-focused concept to more families across the capital, adding to its existing sites – Jaego’s House in Kensal Rise and Jesse’s House in Parsons Green.

Three more houses are in the pipeline – Orly’s House, Leo’s House and Olive’s House – but the locations have not yet been revealed.

The clubs are designed to be home from homes with strong communities, saving parents the drops off and childcare juggles, as they can work and workout while their children are entertained. Facilities include work spaces, restaurants, gyms, jungle gyms, soft play areas and swimming pools. There are more than 200 studio sessions for week – for kids and adults – as well as a kids’ cinema and holiday camps.

"This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Little Houses Group. Our mission has always been to create spaces that enhance modern family life in London, and this new partnership allows us to bring our vision to even more communities. We’re grateful to Imbiba for their invaluable support and excited about our next stage of growth," says founder, Charlie Gardiner.

Gardiner, who is also founder of Incipio Group, known for bringing innovative hospitality experiences to London, including Pergola, The Prince, and Lost in Brixton, will continue to run the business and oversee the expansion.

As part of this strategic shift, LHG has concluded its successful partnership with UK leisure, education and healthcare investor, Imbiba.
