Aman Group to open second Janu in Dubai with inaugural Janu Club
Janu, a brand by the Aman Group, will open its second location in 2027, in Dubai, UAE – with a wellness and fitness space measuring 1,700sq m and a separate inaugural private members’ Janu Club.
Developed by Dubai-based developer H&H, the 150-key hotel and 57 private residences will be located in a mixed-use development that measures 1.3 million sq ft in the heart of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
The 34th floor will house a lounge, wellness facilities, restaurants and an infinity pool.
Details of the first-ever Janu Club have not been disclosed, though it has been reported that access will be by invitation only.
The property is being developed as a wellness destination in its own right, with seven dining and entertainment experiences, uninterrupted views of the Burj Khalifa and surrounded by the Zabeel Palace Gardens.
Designed by Herzog and de Meuron, Janu Dubai’s design incorporates a sculpted facade that mixes Janu’s contemporary design language with Arabic architectural influences.
The property is conceived as a mixed-use destination with offices and a retail offering.
Vlad Doronin, chair and CEO of Aman Group, said: "With Janu Dubai, we are creating more than a place to stay. Cultivating sociability, shaped by creativity, bold design and vibrancy, Janu Residences embodies the essence of the brand. Designed by Pritzker Prize–winning practice Herzog and de Meuron, the tower has a tactile, mineral quality and a sculptural form that gives it a distinctive identity in Dubai’s polished skyline while introducing a more human scale to DIFC."
"Embracing a meaningful connection to nature, it will integrate expansive outdoor terraces and balconies enriched with abundant planting and gardens, creating a verdant, pedestrian-focused environment that's rare for a high-rise in the UAE.
"DIFC is a fitting location for this vision and I look forward to bringing the next chapter of Janu’s residential journey to one of the most dynamic corners of the world," he added.
