Regional museum in Chilean desert gets redesign from Studio Libeskind

The Museo Regional de Tarapacá in the Atacama Desert, Chile, has been reimagined by architect Daniel Libeskind’s practice Studio Libeskind. Tracy Lee of consultancy TLee Spas is working on plans for a destination spa at the upcoming Auberge Chileno Bay Resort & Residences in Los Cabos, Mexico, set to open in December 2016. A Norwegian architecture group is transforming an earthquake-hit urban area in Valparaiso, Chile into a community venue for music, theatre and circus performances.
