Green light for Liverpool equestrian plans

Liverpool City Council (LCC) has approved plans for the development of a new equestrian centre on a 12.9-hectare (31.9-acre) site within the curtilage of the historic Allerton Priory.
Radcliffe Groves Partnership were behind the designs of the scheme, which is being led by the Maghull Group and includes a stables block to cater for up to 38 horses.
Equestrian facilities will include a timber-framed indoor arena; two outdoor arenas; external paddocks; and parking spaces for 14 horse boxes, along with more than 200 new trees.
