Gentlemen's Tonic India partners with Worship Salon for New Delhi launch
The men’s only grooming brand, Gentlemen’s Tonic, has extended its global expansion with the launch of a 1,800sq ft (167.2sq m) barbershop in India – with facilities for women provided by its partners – Worship Salon.
Gentlemen’s Tonic India and Worship Salon are located at the DLF Emporio shopping resort in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.
Designed by Anica Kocchar of Phenotype Designs, the two Gentlemen’s Tonic India treatment rooms use products from Epicuren and Repechage for facials.
Founded by Olivier Bonnefoy in 2004, Gentlemen’s Tonic has barbershops in London, Dubai, Hong Kong and Moscow.
Treatment menus for the London and Hong Kong establishments include wet shaves, hair cuts, a selection of massages from around the globe, aromatherapy, plus body scrubs and waxing treatments – indicating the kind of services which can be expected at the New Delhi facility.
“We have researched the market well and feel there was a real gap in the market for what we offer,” said Bonnefoy.
“Gentlemen’s Tonic has been an established unit in London for almost 10 years. In these 10 years, the Indian market has made up 25 per cent of this business. Hence India is only a natural progression as it is a highly dynamic, exciting market.”
“Partnering with the Worship Salon, who celebrate raw glamour in women, strengthens our position as the place to go for all your beauty and grooming needs.”
