Gaia Retreat’s owners have submitted a planning application to the local government authority in Byron, Australia, for an AU$37 million (US$24.2 million, €21.0 million, £10.3 million) expansion of the facility that was originally co-founded by Olivia Newton-John in 2005. Design firm Heatherwick Studio and British lighting brand Tala have teamed up to create a sleep light called Wake. The new light is the first product in Tala’s smart lighting range. A €285 million (US$316 million, £242 million) next-generation luxury yachting destination, Marina Resort Cavtat, is being developed on the Dubrovnik Riviera with wellness and regenerative programming by Under a Tree Consulting.
