Tonik Associates designs new suburban model for high-end Third Space health and wellness club

KSL-owned Third Space has unveiled its latest club in Wimbledon, south-west London. The development marks the first of many forays into residential locations for the operator, following the recent securing of a loan facility of £88.5m. This is the ninth club from the premium fitness operator which has four further openings slated for residential areas of London in the next two years: Battersea, Clapham Junction and Wood Wharf in 2024
O'Donnell O'Neill combine high-end design, tech and studios for boutique Dublin gym

Interior architecture and design firm O’Donnell O’Neill have created a boutique gym and health club at The Mayson hotel in Dublin with high-end design and facilities to match those of the hotel. The Mayson itself was only opened at the end of 2019 by Irish leisure and hospitality company Press Up Entertainment Group. Health and fitness consultancy motive8 has unveiled a new 4,000sq ft (372sq m) residential gym and spa at The Lancasters, a luxury residential development overlooking Hyde Park in London. Facilities at the club, designed by motive8, include a large gym fitted with Technogym equipment, a spa, 15m swimming pool, steamroom, sauna and separate treatment room.
