Italian studio Network of Architecture (NOA*) have created a cantilevering swimming pool overlooking a forest valley in the Dolomites in Italy. Dutch architectural firm Groosman has unveiled a new Rwandan art and cultural centre which will feature two huge cantilevered wings.
