Waterfront spa to debut in Florida following US$1bn revamp of Pier Sixty-Six resort by Tavistock Development Company

A brand new destination spa will arrive in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in Q4 following a major overhaul of the state’s historic Pier Sixty-Six resort. Called Zenova Spa & Wellness, the facility will come to fruition as part of the US$1 billion (€926.9 million, £782.3 million) resort-wide redevelopment project being conducted by design and development operation Tavistock Development Company – also the owner behind Orlando’s established Lake Nona wellness community. Hadi Teherani-designed alpine nature spa opens at Hotel Krallerhof in Austria

Austria’s five-star alpine wellness retreat Hotel Krallerhof has been updated with a new nature-centric glass-fronted spa, Atmosphere by Krallerhof. Embedded in the slopes of the Asitz mountain, the five-star Salzburger hotel’s new adults-only wellness facility opened following a two-year project helmed by Iranian-German architect Hadi Teherani. TechnoAlpin brings the outdoors indoors with snow-filled retail space

TechnoAlpin created a snow-filled retail installation for clothing brand Woolrich as part of the 97th edition of clothing exhibition Pitti Uomo from 9-10 January last week. The Woolrich Forest installation was created in Florence’s La Dogana, with a space in the building transformed into a winter scene that echoed the wintry landscapes of Pennsylvania, where the brand was founded, and that allowed its outdoor products to be suitably showcased.
