First rendering revealed for Lionsgate theme park in South Korea

The first rendering of Lionsgate's upcoming theme park at the recently-opened Jeju Shinhwa World has been released. Called Lionsgate Movie World, the development at Jeju Shinhwa – one of South Korea’s largest integrated resorts – will span 122,000sq m (1.3 million sq ft) and will be the largest Lionsgate attraction to date, with the venture being master planned, designed, and project managed by JRA. Plans for the development of a new £3.5m swimming pool and spa at Ramsgate Sports Centre, Kent, have been given the green light by councillors. Work is set to get underway on the two-phase restoration of Bishopsgate Institute, one of London's most iconic cultural venues, after it received a £1.5m grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF).
