Dutch architectural firm Groosman has unveiled a new Rwandan art and cultural centre which will feature two huge cantilevered wings. The Rotterdam-based studio worked with engineers Geelhoed Group on the design of the Kigali Art & Culture Centre, which will be located on the outskirts of Rwanda's hilly capital.
