A massive mixed-use development is taking shape off Victoria Island in Nigeria's largest city, Lagos, which will become a new financial hub for West Africa. Construction has begun on the NGN49bn (US$268m, £167m, 190m euro) Delta Leisure Resort in the Warri and Asaba Cities of Delta State, Nigeria.
