The Mississippi Aquarium has announced an opening date of 30 April 2020. Designed by Eley Guild Hardy, it will be one of the largest aquariums in the US. The Mississippi Museum of Natural Science (MMNS) has officially opened a conservation and biodiversity facility in Jackson, US, following a US$5m (£3.1m, EUR3.8m) expansion. CanCan Development has announced its plans for a US$450m (£281m, EUR319m) casino, resort and French-themed retail and entertainment village in D'Iberville, Mississippi, US. It is hoped the 18-acre (7.3-hectare) development will create around 2,000 jobs and bring in "much-needed" tax revenue to an area affected by Hurricane Katrina and the BP oil spill. The Ohr-O'Keefe Museum of Art in Biloxi, Mississippi, is to open on 6 November. Construction of the the Frank Gehry-designed museum began in 2003 at a cost of US$15m (£9.6m, 11.5m euro), but unfortunately Hurricane Katrina struck in August 2005, when the museum was 11 months from opening. The price of completing the museum has now risen to US$36m (£23m, 27m euro), with work beginning again in July 2008. The
