GroupGSA scoop Winter Olympics project in China

International architecture firm GroupGSA have been selected to design a sports-friendly city centre in Chongli, China in preparation for the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing. Partially inspired by the hexagonal structures of snowflakes, the revitalised urban space will feature a communal plaza, ice and snow museum, park, exhibition centre, and a number of residences. GroupGSA creates mega-resort in thousand-year-old Chinese town

Global design practice GroupGSA have revealed the latest images for "Huangyao Ancient Town Resort", a soon-to-be-built luxury destination in Guilin, China. Developed by Guangxi Lingyu Chuanghe Tourism Investment, the resort will comprise 103 rooms and 27 villas and feature a gym, spa, and playground, as well as multiple pools, sporting facilities, and restaurants.
