Ennismore announces new Delano properties in partnership with Cain International

Lifestyle operator Ennismore has announced two new Delano-branded hotel deals following the company’s partnership with capital investment company Cain International. Cain acquired a minority stake in Delano in 2024, enabling strategic growth for the brand. The two new properties are Delano SoHo New York, US, and Delano London, UK. Ennismore, the hotel company behind brands such as The Hoxton, Delano and Mondrian has announced plans to roll out its Tribe lifestyle hotel brand across Southeast Asia, targeting countries such as Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines. Launched in 2019, Tribe is marketed as an "alternative lifestyle brand" and features properties which have been designed to focus on common areas to create multifunctional spaces that encourage connection between guests.

Boutique hotel group The Hoxton has debuted its fourth property, with the new opening inside an 18th century Paris townhouse once home to Louis XV’s main courtiers.
