‘Holistic approach to sustainability’ at upcoming Colombian retreat

A new 27-acre sustainable hotel in Antioquia, Colombia, is set to open in April 2019 in a protected forest about 90 minutes from the city of Medellin. Owned by Caimo Collections SAS, Cannúa is an 18-bedroom boutique hotel created with permaculture design principles and a holistic approach to sustainability. Four Seasons has opened a hotel in Bogota, Colombia that takes its design inspiration from the surrounding mountains. The 64-bedroom Four Seasons Hotel Bogota includes a spa with five treatment rooms, including an oversized couple’s suite, as well as relaxation lounges, steamrooms and a spa shop. UK's MOBO wins contest to develop Colombian UNESCO fortress

MOBO Architects has won a design competition to refurbish vertical and horizontal access structures of a UNESCO-protected fortress in Cartagena, Colombia.
