ACME's amphitheatre-style pavilion that is intended to become a new social hub and meeting place has topped out in Stratford, East London. The Pavilion – both its descriptor and working title – is being built for the developing International Quarter London (IQL), a new business district on the edge of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, which hosted much of the 2012 Summer Olympics and Paralympics.
