Studio Piet Boon designs revealed for Rosewood Residences at Half Moon Bay Antigua
– Piet Boon
Rosewood have provided the first look at their residences at the Half Moon Bay resort in Antigua, designed by Studio Piet Boon.
The studio was announced as the designer for the Half Moon Bay hotel and residential community last October, along with Florida-based firm OBMI.
The Rosewood Residences at Half Moon Bay range from 2,500sq ft to 11,000sq ft (232sq m to 1,022sq m), two to five bedrooms and $4m (€4m, £3m) to $15m (€14m, £12m).
Each one has its own outdoor area and they have been designed to provide a fluidity between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
Studio Piet Boon have sought to ensure that the residences will complement the setting, including natural materials, earthy neutral tones and accents of colour referencing the lush surroundings.
Studio founder Piet Boon said: "When designing Half Moon Bay Antigua, we were compelled to create an experience that connected with the location. Each Rosewood Residence blends modestly into the topography connecting the exterior with the interior as they move down the hillside to the bay."
Half Moon Bay Antigua is due to launch in 2022.
