SG$80m revamp for Pan Pacific Singapore
The 790-bedroom Pan Pacific Singapore hotel is to benefit from a comprehensive SG$80m (US$64m, EUR49m, £40m) refurbishment of its guestrooms, restaurants and lobby area.
It is the largest renovation programme to be undertaken at the property in its 25-year history and will include the creation of the new Pacific Club with panoramic views on the 38th floor.
Australia-based interior design firm Chada are leading the scheme, which is scheduled to be completed by September. Blueplate Studios are also involved with the restaurants element.
The hotel has confirmed that – between April and July – the hotel's swimming pool and fitness centre will remain open, along with the St Gregory Spa on the fourth floor, which uses Elemis and Thal'ion products.
Pan Pacific Singapore general manager Scott Swank said: "Pan Pacific Singapore will emerge newly-refreshed and it will spur the momentum of our growth."
